Roland is a highly experienced Realtor with over 30 years of full-time real estate and negotiation expertise, dating back to 1996. As a Broker, former brokerage owner, and holder of a Market Value Appraiser – Residential designation, along with Accredited Real Estate Negotiator (AREN) and Professional Real Estate Negotiator (PREN) designations, he brings a rare combination of valuation precision and elite negotiation strategy to every listing. As a key member of our leadership team and our full-time Residential Analyst, Roland plays a critical role in protecting our sellers’ interests. He oversees all of our listings and is featured in our listing presentation as our “secret weapon.” His role is to deliver an unbiased, data-driven assessment of your home’s true market value and implement a pricing strategy designed to generate maximum buyer interest, and secure the highest possible sale price in the shortest time possible.
